YO Thermostat is a compact, wireless, battery-operated device designed for comprehensive indoor ambience monitoring. It measures temperature, humidity, illuminance, and optionally CO2 levels. Featuring an infrared presence sensor with a built-in occupancy counter, it tracks the number of people in a room in real-time, offering valuable insights into indoor conditions and room occupancy.
The device uses an integrated sensor to measure room temperature and a PID controller to compare it to a desired setpoint, ensuring precise and consistent temperature control. The control signals are transmitted via LoRaWAN, and the states received should be used to control actuators. Ideal for offices, stores, classrooms, hospitals, and more, YO Thermostat enhances occupant comfort, productivity, and overall well-being. Note that YO Thermostat is not an actuator; it requires a relay, such as YO Relay Switch, to control heaters, HVAC systems, etc.
